Help icon not aligned if a field has the keyboard focus

      I've noticed (in all browsers) that, if a form field has a help text and it receives the keyboard focus ("blue outline"), the help icon slightly moves to the field. Please correct this - the icon should remain aligned with the other help icons above and below it.
