After editing a published page (open and close a page in editing modus, even if the content remains the same) the actionbar options are inactive (grey), only "add page" and "import" works .
Therefore it is not possible to publish the edited page. Only if you click on another page and go back to the edited page, the actionbar is active and you can publish the site.
It would be great if the options in the actionbar are active immediately after editing a published page.
