It appears that the search box which added implicitly from the code is always added as a first content tool component, whereas so far all the UX designs as well as the common sense dictate that it should come last.

All that is needed to be done to fix this is to change the sequence of how tools are assembled - first add the explicitly configured tools, only then add the search bar.
