In some situations (content apps), a multiple field of fields composed of 3 (or more) text fields is needed, but the default width of a text field causes the resulting dialog to look strange:

Because in this situation, two of the text fields contain just a short numeric information (price), an elegant solution would be to reduce the width of these fields. But there is no way to specify the width of a field ATM.
