Wrong SQL for pending tasks when user belongs to multiple groups

    Description

      1) When publisher has 3 or more groups assigned, in pulse on tasks item he see number for new tasks that include not only new tasks, but also the resolved ones.

      How to reproduce:

      • Login to https://demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com
      • Publish two pages
      • Approve & publish only one of them
      • Add "travel-demo-editors" and "travel-demo-pur" to the user "Peter" (it will have total of 3 groups)
      • Login as "Peter" and on tasks indicator you will see "2" instead of "1"
      • Login as "superuser", indicator correctly show "1"
