If you opened a lot of tabs, so that the line is filled nearly up to the right, with a little space left on the right - and the last opened tab has a long tab name, the tab line-breaks to a second line. But this tab is unclickable.
Normally, there should be the arrow on the right, to switch to the other tabs.
