Ordering pages in the root or moving pages to the root by using drag and drop doesn't work anymore.
The move action with the dialog allows to do all this operations and there it works as expected. But it took me a while to understand that I need to select a root sibling and then move before and after. Especially if the node is a child in the hierarchy this is not obvious.
