When opening a tree or thumbnail view in a content app, the currently selected option is highlighted and its URL fragment (created in the ContentConnector) is shown beneath the view.

When the same source is opened in a list view, the URL fragment is shown at the bottom of the view (because the select(List<Object> itemIds) method of ListPresenter has been called) but there is no styling applied to the item to show it is the current selection.
