      Follow-up from MGNLUI-4131. Prevent triggering button actions twice by double-click. It should not be possible to open the same dialog multiple times, for instance.

      To reproduce:

      1. Open the Tours app.
      2. Edit a tour.
      3. Add a new Tour type.
      4. Double-click the Select new button.
