Applauncher item section open-close indication quirk

      It is reproducible in 5.5.3 and 5.4.12 version on Windows with both Chrome and Firefox.
      Basically, item section open close indication contains only triangle however it somehow shows quirky behaviour when it comes to Windows (see attached screenshots)
