Inplace drag&drop Components between Columns in a ColumnLayout

      Status:
      Currently we can only drag&drop components inside the same level of a page structure.

      Wanted:
      Is it possible to d&d components in a column layout between each other? So that we can fully reorganize components between the whole page?

      Attached is an image of the current behaviour (disallowed d&d between two columns):
