Tree of deleted subnodes recursive publication throws error message

      Steps to reproduce on demoauthor
      • Have a tree of pages at least three nodes deep
      • Delete a subpage that also has subpages
      • Run "publish including subpages" on parent page
      • Publication removes deleted pages successfully (as expected)
      • An error message is thrown in admincentral
      Expected behavior
      • No error message
