Find Bar respects content security and permissions. For example, if a role has no permission to the Stories app then no stories are shown in search results.

Acceptance criteria:

• If I can't see the app in the app launcher, I should not see results from the app in Find Bar search.
• If I don't have permissions to view content from a particular node or tree, I should not see results from that node in the Find Bar search.
