      Acceptance criteria

      • Implement the following states (default, hover/pressed) for all button types
        • Icon buttons
        • Primary & secondary buttons
        • Default buttons
        • Dialog buttons
      • (Don't implement the focus state because the general focus pattern is broken also in current UI and needs to be fixed first)
      • Note: Don't add states to action bar icons because we already implement states for the whole action in MGNLUI-4720.
      • Style them according to these guidelines / mock https://zpl.io/aMvQynJ
