As a user I want to see all apps in every available viewport (browser size) so i can access each one of them at any time.

Acceptance criteria:

• All apps should be visible at any screen size without horizontal scrolling
• If screen width not big enough, wrap apps onto the next row
• Amount of tiles per row is flexible depending on current screen width

• vertical scrolling (if the height is more that the screen height)

 UPD: as a part of the solution it is proposed to deprecate the permanent property of the app groups since it is no longer supported visually and may only lead to issues.
