In dialogs, form fields defining the property fieldType are not rendered.

In Definitions app these field definition are listed as major problem.
However, the dialog renders all other fields using the class property and the item can be saved.

To reproduce

• Follow Hello Magnolia or
• do CLI mgnl create-page dau-page
  and edit the dialog replacing some class with fieldType properties., e.g.

fields:
  - name: title
    #class: info.magnolia.ui.form.field.definition.TextFieldDefinition
    fieldType: text

 
Referencing field types by name has been introduced with M.-5.7 (and works on 5.7.1 too), but with 6.0-SNAPSHOT such fields are not displayed.
This is a regression.
 
Work around:
Avoid using the fieldType property.
