Make select all checkbox in notifications and tasks configurable and ui consistent

      Currently all messages/tasks can be selected even though this is not apparent from the UI since a checkbox is missing in the header. However, one can click on the corresponding empty cell and selection will occur.
      With "large enough" datasets this may cause performance issues in Vaadin8.  We could adopt in 6.0 the same solution we went for as of 5.6. See also cloned issue MGNLUI-4333
