Bring back light dialogs to the UI

      In Magnolia UI we distinguish between strong and light dialogs as described here in documentation

      Currently there are only strong dialogs and light ones are not showing up.

      Make sure that M6 uses light dialogs wherever there is one used in M5.

      They have a min. height and are flexible in height according to the content
