Make it clear how to stop voice recording in Find Bar

      I was confused by the mic icon in the Find Bar. After clicking on it to start recording, i expected to click again to stop. This is not the current behaviour. The mic icon kept flashing until i reloaded the page entirely (even after the browser tab stopped displaying the "recording" red dot). It did not stop automagically because I didn't speak.

      Implement following changes:

      • click to start (start flashing) & click to stop (stop flashing)
      • put a threshold to stop recording after 2 seconds of detecting no input (stop flashing)
      • if a command is detected, directly execute it & stop flashing
      • stop flashing on any opening of result or navigation away from the findbar
