Rename messages app to notifications app

      Rename messages app to notifications app because a) it’s not about messaging its about being notified and b) it’s confusing with the actual messages app. 

      • Change name in
        • header
        • tabsheet
        • title space
        • action bar (title and actions)

      TODO's

      • introduce new, equivalent 'notifications' API (i18n keys, tests, class fields, etc.)
      • deprecate & forward all classes named after 'messages' to new API
      • NTH (cf. mgeljic): 'I was thinking we could merge the old one [DEV Messages app] into the new one as a new sub-app, if not a "Send notification" action'
