App Launcher icon in the Find Bar needs to be deselected when it closes.

To reproduce: 

1. Open one app.
2. Click the app launcher icon. The icon background turns grey to indicate that app launcher is selected.
3. Click back to the app at the bottom of page. App launcher hides. The app launcher icon background should now turn white but it is still gray.

App launcher icon hover state gets lost after opening/closing an app.

To reproduce

1. Reload admincentral
2. Open an app
3. Open & close app launcher again
4. Hover over app launcher icon is now missing
