Vertical spacing: optimize existing sizes

By optimizing some existing heights we can gain more space for actual content.

• change header height: 70px 

• change responsive heights & font sizes in title space
  • L: height 125px / title font 45 / character spacing -2.7
  • M: height 100px / title font 36 / character spacing -2.2
  • S: height 60px / title font 26px / character spacing -1.6
  • Make sure this applies to all views
    • find bar
    • app launcher
    • browser view
    • form layout
    • small apps
    • (anything missing ?)

• change row heights in tree table & grid
  • row heights: 35px
  • change $v-font-size variable to: 14px (instead of 15px, changes it globally which is ok)
  • change font style to text-light
  • change font size in title row to 12px
  • Make sure this applies to
    • Tree table
    • Grid
    • Find bar results - Excluded due to find bar result grid will be handled by MGNLUI-5029
    • (anything missing?)
