Apply FastNavigation add-on to TreeView

      Grid-based ListView impl is powered with the mentioned add-on in order to improve the keyboard navigation.

      We should attempt to apply it also to TreeView as well. Main goal is to ensure that the add-on works well with the TreeGrid (it is not explicitly mentioned on the add-on page/github, but probably is assumed to work).
