How to reproduce

1. open any app (pages, assets, tours, etc.)
2. resize the column farthest right so the column values are all or slightly out of view
3. try to scroll horizontally to see full column values (you can't)

Tips:

• once you have resized a column, if you expand or compress a folder that has enough items to require vertical scrolling within the app horizontal scrolling is enabled
• once you have resized a column, if you resize your browser window horizontal scrolling is enabled

Dev notes:

• Does not affect apps ported to the new UI framework, affects old apps only.
