Status Bar of Notifications and Tasks app are missing while other apps are open

      Reproduce:

      1. Open Pages app
      2. Open Tasks (or Notifications app), app was sliding down from top
      3. Observe that the Status Bar of Tasks or Notifications is gone while the minimized view of the Pages app is taking its space
