M5 ui framework provides several general purpose actions under the info.magnolia.ui.framework.action package. Some of them have been ported but most still are in the ui-framework-compatibility module.

Port the remaining actions and related definitions to the new ui framework.
Do not forget to add an ActionType alias (see also MGNLUI-5027)
