Context menu disappears when scrolling (actions)

      Fixes for the context menu (actions) in browser sub app:

      • Make sure the context menu doesn't disappear when using the scroll button (roller, mouse touch pad) to scroll
      • Nice to have: the menu is too long. Decrease height of context menu so it doesn't span the full browser height.
