The About Magnolia app on the dx-core version shows the form to enter the creds (to report issues to Jira) already when opened / on the very first tab.
This is both confusing and and also disturbing.

In order to select another tab, the user must first close the form.

"Interestingly", when closing the form on the 1st tab, then switching to / selecting the 3rd tab, then the form, which correctly pop-up again, is "bigger" (higher) ... providing some unused scrollbars.

I'm not sure whether that's a general issue with forms or a specific issue on the About app.
