Tree scroll position jumps to the top

      One of our customers reported again an issue with scrolling back to top in Firefox. (It was already reported and fixed in the previous versions of Magnolia - https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-4084)

      It is not visible every time but after several changes in JCR app, it jumped for me to the top too. 

      In the attached video it jumped after only a few changes but usually, it needed more changes during my tests.

      The issue is reproducible also on our Demo. Using Firefox 70.0.1 version, Windows/Linux OS.
