Container and Item have been replaced with DataProvider and PropertySet in Vaadin 8. In addition, the thumbnail view now implements PreviewProvider of Vaadin 8 rather than ImageProvider (see MGNLUI-4695 for more details).

For this ticket, all pages reflecting the Vaadin 7 data binding of Magnolia 5 UI should be marked as deprecated and linked to the updated implementations. ImageProvider also needs to be replaced with PreviewProvider where appropriate.
