Make sure Filters are in enabled in all ported JCR apps

      When the filter is a select box it seems to be visible. But when the filter is an input field it doesn't show up.

      Make sure every column in all new apps is filterable.

      Currently missing in at least:

      • Pages
      • Segments
      • Personas
