Make column filtering by input fields case-insensitive

      When an input field is used in column filtering, let it be case-insensitive.

      Make sure this is improved for all new apps with column filters.

      Besides that, the related PR fixes two reported issues:

      • Column filtering did not work on list view
      • Column filtering did not work with partial matches
