The availability of the actions "Publish" and "Publish incl. subpages" has changed slightly.

With 6.2, if a page has the status "green" (it was published and no changes after) "Publish" and "Publish incl. subpages" are not available.

On 6.1.x this is different, there you can e.g. use "Publish incl. subpages".
Some customers may complain. Reason: Imagine this use case:

You have these pages:

/a
/a/b
/a/c
/a/d

"b", "c" and "d" are new pages. "a" is "green" (published an unchanged).
Now you want to publish them all with a "single action". This is especially desirable since the publishing must be approved (workflow).
Multiple, single-page publishing for all the new pages is cumbersome.
