In Page Properties dialog (or any other longish dialog in M6 pages app) when creating a new page in Page Editor: dialog actions are not visible and dialog cannot be scrolled.

To reproduce:

• Size your browser window to half the height of your screen. (or use a laptop with a low resolution)
• Start DX demo bundle
• > Pages app (M6)
• Click "Add Page"
• Choose "Basic template"
• Fill in a name and hit OK

Now the "Page Properites" dialog is displayed. But you cannot see the actions, and you cannot scroll to them.

Affects all component dialogs in Pages app as well.
