Steps to reproduce:

Open Categories sub-app http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/.magnolia/admincentral#app:categories:detail;/destinations/southAmerica:edit and resize the browser horizontally until the window is the smallest possible horizontally.

Actual results

The tooltips for fields are hidden and the view is not horizontally scrollable. See attached screenshot.

Expected results

The view should be horizontally scrollable to view tooltips for the fields.

• Behavior seen on Chrome, Safari (Mac).
