POC in regards to below goal; approach:

• plain tab-sheet with components
  • no focus on configuration & styling to start with
  • create a component with tabs, and show in detail view
  • standar components inside tabs
  • handle change tab event

Actionbar needs new capabilities:

• components inside of actionbar
• multiple tabs
• multiple visible sections
• shared state
  • context that would let us track which actionbar tab is currently selected
  • observable state of the properties currently set in actionbar components

With the points made above - actionbar stops being actually a plain actionbar (more like a control panel now). The name might need adjustments as well.
