maxLength counter no longer shown on text fields

      Adding a maxLength property to a text field definition no longer shows a x/max character counter.

      Examples attached.

      Dev notes:

      • In M5, this functionality was provided by our own extension to Vaadin 
        info.magnolia.ui.vaadin.extension.MaxLengthIndicator
