Click target to expand/collapse row in browser is badly positioned

      It's easy to miss the click target on the toggle icon at the beginning of the row in the browser subapps. The click area on the left side extends only 1 pixel to the left of the toggle icon. This leads to selecting or deselecting the row instead which is not the intention. Results in user frustration.

      Move click target more to the left, so the arrow is centered within.
