OptionGroupFieldDefinition not working when using 6.1 style component definition

      When using info.magnolia.ui.form.field.definition.OptionGroupFieldDefinition in a dialog like in the "Input field" of a form, it does not work in 6.2.1

      Reproduce: Edit the Input Field "Your Email" of the page /travel/contact in the travel demo, installed on 6.2.1
