JCR MultiValue & Chooser: Remove / Replace node icons

      1) multiValue:

      Remove node icon in field because

      • not needed
      • wasn't there before
      • waste of space

      2) Chooser dialog:

      • For folders, replace node icon with folder icon
      • For items, remove the node icon
