Issues:

• Currently the sort-event in column header spills over well into the next column.
• Also when clicking on the column-width slider (to change the column width / just click it though, do not change the width) it resorts the rows (this is because the click area is too big)

Desired behavior

• sort-event should be on the column label only not on the full box
• show hand cursor on hovering over column label 
• clicking on the column label changes the sorting, indicated by arrow direction up/down
