Situation:

• using a more complex dialog that uses quite some space

Problem:

• The dialog is really small even with labels, not much space for the rich text:
  
• Having not yet all translation keys due to various reasons makes the dialog unusable. resizing would make the dialog at least usable:
  

Solution:

Let the author resize any popping up windows as we are used from any other program.
Corners allowing to resize it to whatever dimensions needed.
