Problem

• Tooltips are too big and look rather like buttons than tooltips.
• Also it takes too long until they show up (delay).

Specs

• Change the style as specified here

  • font roboto, regular, 11px
• The length should adjust according to amount of characters
• Shorten time for tooltips to show up upon hover, there should not be such a long delay
• Placement and arrow position according to the position in the browser.
• If position of arrow is too complicated, split to a new ticket
