Success/fail messages should be configured in action def and be localizable.
Success msg should only be displayed when action def configures it b/c in several cases it does not make sense to show it. Currently messages are hardcoded and a success msg is always issued (although not visible in the UI b/c confirmation msg hasn't been implemented yet)
