When migrating to 6.2, clients need to decide whether or not to migrate their apps, and part of the decision is whether or not they link other apps via link field (since you can't mix old and new).

So they need to know if our apps, to which they might link are already migrated, because if not, they can't migrate either and need to run in compatibility mode.
