Issue

Confirmation dialogs should block the background so that it's clear what action/asset the notification refers to.

For example, on the Assets App, the Confirmation Dialog for delete action does not block the background, so can change the selected items and then confirm the dialog.

The action will be run on the selected items before confirming the dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select an asset or more
2. Click on delete action
3. The confirmation dialog will be open
4. Select another Item and confirm the action
5. the action will be run on the items selected on step 4
