Chooser dialogs: expand vertically too, but limit horizontal expansion

    Description

      Problem statement:
      Opening the asset chooser, it is really small in height.
      MGNLUI-5792 has added the option for the dialog to use all available horizontal space.
      Hitting the enlarge button only the width is enlarged. (the preview remained)

      Goal:
      The goal of this improvement is to expand the chooser dialogs vertically when using the expand option.
      At the same time, for any dialog, we will introduce a max. width.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Upon click on the expand button (MGNLUI-5792) or for wide dialogs (wide: true / MGNLUI-5956)
        • Normal dialogs
          • Width: if <1500px full width ((30px spacing between browser border and dialog), max width=1500px
          • Height: no changes, the height is flexible already (according to the amount of fields)
        • Chooser dialogs
          • Width: if <1500px full width (30px spacing between browser border and dialog), max width=1500px
          • Height: full height (30px spacing between browser border and dialog)
