Steps to reproduce

1.  Given the template mtk:textImage
2.  Migrate it's dialog to new framework

Expected results

I can use the same template in old/new pages app.

Actual results

I can't use the migrated dialog in the old pages app.

Development notes

The old dialog registry might detect a new dialog format and try to fallback to a dialog mtk-compatibility:textImage-m5 (which can be provided by a MTK compatibility module).
