Some external systems may append a "#" to the URL when redirecting back to Magnolia. This hashtag leads to the error "Fragment cannot be empty", which is visible to all users when they are getting logged into Magnolia for the first time.

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  At login page append a "#" to the URL
      2.  Tho the login succeeds an error message is shown to the user

      Expected results

No exception is thrown for empty fragment

      Actual results

An error message is shown to the user when accessing AdmincentralUI

      Workaround

      N/A
