New components added to published pages don't update publishing status

Adding new components to a published page does not set the status to modified.

Reproduce

1. Open page with status Published (green dot)
2. Add a new component to the page.
3. Switch back to the browser
4. Observe the page still has a published status

Actual
After adding component the page is still showing a published (green) status

Expected
After adding component status is change to modified (yellow)
